Spectrum Solutions, founded in 1989, is a global results-based consulting and coaching company specialising in strategic level business interventions. As part of an international network of business partners, Spectrum Solutions distributes the exclusive The Dealmaker™ programmes.

Although Spectrum Solutions was initially a payroll- and remuneration-management consulting and outsourcing company, through organic growth the business became a significant operation with nearly US$100 million of payroll funds under management.

In 1994, responding to the market, Spectrum Solutions expanded its offerings to include training and consulting in strategic business and sales processes and business-to-business negotiation lecturing and consulting for local and international organisations.

By 2002, Spectrum Solutions was focused on delivering, implementing and consulting in The Dealmaker™ suite of programmes.

Spectrum Solutions presents The Dealmaker™ programmes on most continents and has representative offices in South Africa and Chile.
