Charles PowiesnikCharles has a passion for negotiation and innovation driven by a customer focused approach underpinned by the application of the science of EI (Emotional Intelligence) and Personality Type.  He has worked with both individuals and organisations across the globe and co-developed the Dealmaker EQ programme with Kim Meredith (Chief Executive Officer of The Dealmaker Company).

In addition to his work with The Dealmaker Company, Charles is a Director at Core Process – a UK business consultancy that upgrades people’s skills in communication, collaboration and conflict.  He adapts these vital soft skills to develop and improve teams and individuals in negotiation, leadership, change management, retail and emotional intelligence (EI). His main focus is to represent The Dealmaker Company in UK, Europe and internationally with multi nationals.

With a career in procurement, sales and marketing within retail and manufacturing, Charles uses his vast experience and insights to provide clients with a dealmaking competitive edge.  Be it one-on-one mentoring or creating team academy programmes for global companies Charles uses his highly developed dealmaking EI to ensure success and ROI for his clients.

Charles can attribute his business experience to the numerous positions he has held over the years, including retail GM at Saudi Ceramics Company, Commercial Director of Savers UK, Trading Controller at Poundland UK, Business Unit Controller at WHSmith plc, and Commercial Controller at B&Q plc.
