As a Facilitator of The Dealmaker Company programmes, KK Diaz assists both individuals and businesses in achieving dealmaking success. KK joined The Dealmaker Company's facilitating team in 2011. His involvement with the organisation came after he achieved remarkable growth figures at Rekopane Dot Biz - a large payroll, accounting and enterprise resource-planning solutions company in South Africa.
Aside to his role as a Facilitator of The Dealmaker™ and The Dealbuilder™ programmes, KK is Head of Innovations and New Business Development at Rekopane Dot Biz. Since adopting this role, he has facilitated the development of two firsts for the industry - an audio-based payroll workshop CD, and a web-based payroll application.
Over the years, KK has held several different roles of leadership, each contributing to his experience and knowledge in the business arena. He has served as a resident solutions expert and coach at business organisations such as Enablis and The Entrepreneur.co.za "Success Club".
Other roles have included a position as Managing Director of Liber8 Records; and Managing Trustee of The African Indigenous Music Trust. In this position, KK assisted in the development of new talent and launching of an artist's catalogue to markets in the USA and Canada.
KK has a sound academic background that includes a third level BCompt Accounting Undergraduate Degree from UNISA. His belief that the more sustainable businesses are the better they will be positioned to support poorer communities, has been his motivation for assisting companies and entrepreneurs in implementing sound administration systems.
Aside from his business interests and aptitudes, KK is a great supporter of indigenous music - his enthusiasm for this has led him to sponsor aspiring musicians in the field. Amongst his achievements is an award from the United Nations for his involvement in humanitarian music projects.
