Peter Sicher is a Managing Partner of Innovate+Grow - one of the Distributors of The Dealmaker Company programmes. With over twenty years of operating experience in international marketing and sales organisations, Peter brings with him an abundance of dealmaking knowledge and expertise when delivering The Dealmaker™ and The Dealbuilder™ programmes. He is also a consultant, sales performance coach and lecturer.
Over the years, Peter has worked with numerous businesses ranging from professional services, software, networking and telecommunication technology companies, through to medical equipment, chemical, paper and packaging and manufacturing enterprises.
Operating as a sales and management coach, he assists in preparing the sales force to position and articulate the value of new products, services and innovations to new and existing customers; and primes managers to lead this process by example.
By combining and implementing the best methodologies and tools, he aids clients in the streamlining of their processes and the improving of performance, efficiencies and effectiveness in their organisations.
Peter's expertise spans all phases of the innovation and sales process from ideation, new product development and commercialisation; through to assessing sales skills, Business to Business marketing, customer value delivery management and negotiation.
In addition to his business activities and role as a Facilitator of The Dealmaker™ and The Dealbuilder™ programmes, Peter is an associate member of the faculty at the Department of International Management based at the FH Joanneum University of Applied Sciences in Graz. He is also a senior lecturer on the topics of Business to Business Marketing; International Sales and Key Account Management; as well as Strategic Management at the institute.
Peter's sound academic background includes an MBA from the Karls-Franzens-University in Graz. He has also participated in the Advanced Management Programme at the University of Cranfield - School of Management.
