PROGRAMMES


The Dealmaker™ programmes are a suite of four strategic level business interventions focused on the transfer of critical dealmaking expertise and processes, enabling business people to maximise and profitably conclude sales- and negotiation-driven deals. Each programme is designed to address the different levels of seniority and experience of individual participants.

The Dealmaker™ programmes stand independently of each other but are integrally linked. In order to become an expert dealmaker, attending either The Dealbuilder™ or The Dealdiva™, followed by The Dealmaker™ and The Dealguru™ programmes is ideal, but participating in only one or two will still result in a quantum leap in the delegate's performance and results. All the programmes are process-based and coaching-driven.

Larger organizations looking to implement a long term learning process using The Dealmaker™ programmes on a modular basis, are encouraged to begin with a standard The Dealbuilder™ (or The Dealdiva™) course, followed by a customised The Dealmaker™ programme. Participation in The Dealguru™ programme should be limited to executives and senior management being groomed for executive positions.

How does learning take place? The Dealmaker™ programmes concentrate on behavioural skills and systematic processes. Proven techniques are used to reinforce programme theory and change behaviour, including:

  • The concept > application > practice > feedback learning loop
  • Personal coaching
  • Case simulations
  • Discussion groups
  • Self-evaluation

The standard The Dealmaker™ programmes can be customised to create courses that include case simulations and examples relating directly to the relevant company's specific business practices and industry. In order to entrench the skills shift, follow-up workshops are available.

As The Dealmaker™ programmes focus on the development and growth of each delegate, there is a ratio of one Coach (instructor) to a maximum of eight delegates. Programme Coaches keep lecture time to an optimal minimum, concentrating on the practical improvement of each individual's level of expertise.

The Dealmaker™ programmes are available in three languages, namely English, Spanish and German.
