The Dealmaker course (2.5 days) is a mid to senior level programme for more experienced sales professionals, purchasing staff, negotiators, managers, business professionals (accountants, lawyers, etc) and medium-sized business owners.

The intellectual level of The Dealmaker is on a par with Business School courses. The programme is designed to achieve a behaviour shift in the delegate's expertise level in negotiation strategy and execution, as well as sales and negotiation business process management.

The Dealguru ( 2 days by invitation only)is an exclusive and very intensive programme for executives who have held a board position or partnership with a large company, or people with extensive experience at an executive level, experienced senior people being groomed for executive positions and experienced graduates of The Dealmaker programme.

This negotiation skills programme competes directly with Business School MBA modules and is presented only by The Dealmaker Master Coaches. The course focuses on both advanced dealmaking skills and business process optimisation and implementation.

The Dealcloser, (2 days) is for professionals with some sales and negotiation experience who want to enhance their proficiency in closing large, strategically important or complex sales, and maximise the profitability of their deals. Deal making emphasis is on value-driven solution selling, executive-level sales strategies and the business processes that ensure this success. The programme does not replace the sales and negotiation skills already acquired but maximises the return on the investment already made in these areas with advanced techniques and contemporary international approaches.

The Dealdiva, (2 days) has been developed for women only and addresses the unique and common negotiation challenges and obstacles which women face in business on a daily basis. Research shows that women have allowed themselves to fall far behind their male counterparts in terms of deal making expertise and negotiation skills.

The programme is suitable for women with any level of business or negotiation experience.

The Dealbuilder (2 days) is a programme created for people with general business exposure wanting to develop their deal making talents and negotiation skills.

The programme's emphasis is on power, communication and negotiating skills and processes.

The Work Diva (1 Day) is a women only event, with a lightweight, introductory approach to dealmaking and negotiation in the corporate world. The course helps women to improve their focus by re-looking their self-worth in order to better navigate corporate and business challenges. This course is ideal as a teambuilding or corporate event and is an opportunity to demonstrate commitment to female employee development. Ideal for more junior and inexperienced employees.
