Follow-up Workshops are one day events that enable The Dealmaker Company graduates, who have previously attended a related programme, to fine-tune their new-found dealmaking skills and behaviours.
Through delegate feedback on dealmaking experiences, discussions, and the use of case simulations, Facilitators are able to determine if participants have correctly applied the methodologies and tools provided in the initial programme attended. Using corrective individual coaching and mentoring, the negotiating and dealmaking abilities of these participants are further improved.
Follow-up Workshops are usually held three months after the initial programme has been attended. The Workshops are available only as Private (exclusive to pre-qualified, specific people) programmes.
By the end of the workshop delegates will have:
- Revisited the Outcomes of the original programme attended
- Reinforced strategic dealmaking thinking, behaviour and tools appropriate for complex, high value and critical deals
- Fine-tuned their existing negotiation and dealmaking expertise through corrective individual coaching and mentoring
