Reinforcement Sessions

warroom_imageReinforcement Sessions are half-day events that enable delegates who have previously attended a related programme, delivered by The Dealmaker Company, to brainstorm the negotiating variables and ideas that drive successful transactions and create a positive impact on organisational results.

These Reinforcement Sessions also serve to strengthen the existing dealmaking behaviours of delegates, and support the methodologies and processes imparted during initial programmes and Follow-up WorkshopsReinforcement Sessions are generally held six months after the initial programme has been attended.

The Reinforcement Sessions are only available as Private (exclusive to pre-qualified, specific individuals) programmes.

Programme Outcomes

By the end of the session, delegates will:

  • Have brainstormed negotiating variables and ideas to drive successful transactions that positively impact organisational results
